Japanese Title: 「妖怪と、ボイン」 - 「Yōkai to, Boin」
Usually spelled in the Japanese syllabary (hiragana or katakana), the term 'boin' is derived from the kanji 姆 (bo) or 'wet nurse' and 員 (in) or 'member'. | Kawazu Makoto's family name is not a real last name. Kawazu, 蛙, is the Japanese word for 'frog'. | The sign supported by the balloon that Junko points to, 目印, says Mokuin or 'Gang Seal'. | Takatori Hideaki's English version of the song starts by saying, "Add one circle". His Japanese version calls 'circle' a 'boin'. The Japanese version's opening three lines,「ボインがひとつ・ボインがふたつ・大きいボインもうひとつ」("Boin ga hitotsu/ Boin ga futatsu/ Oki boin mou hitotsu") translates to "One boob/ Two boobs/ Then a large boob". |
