Floris

Floris van Rosemondt (Rutger Hauer) is a Dutch man of nobility. When he returns to his birth country after years of travelling the world with the Portuguese, there is a fight between the Burgundian realm of Filips de Schone and duchy of Karel van Gelre. The land that belongs to him has been conquered by the last. Together with his good friend Sindala, a fakir, he joins the Burgundians and fight against the soldiers of Gelre, the mercenary army of Van Rossem and Lange Pier to get back his freedom and is recover his country.
