Episode Summary

Togusa is assigned to go undercover at a vocational aid centre where it has been learned through channels that a top-level hack job had been instigated. What is odd is that the Ministry of Health, Labour, and Welfare, which controls the aid centre, has not filed an incident report on the security breach. Aramaki fears that a cover-up is in the works and he wants Section 9 to find out what is going on at the centre.
