Attempting to find any information on the whereabouts of Shou Kawashima ("FAKE FOOD"), Section 9 comes across a data store left by Gouda that may trigger the virus that takes over an individual's cyberbrain and turns them into part of Gouda's Individual 11 group. Just as the Major readies herself to dive into the stream, she is contacted by the Chief, who has some information pertaining to the recent attack on Prime Minister Kayabuki ("INDUCTANCE").
