While guarding Prime Minister Kayabuki as she meets with Imperial America's Secretary of State, Saitou sits in the surveillance van with some recruits and Tachikomas. Having not lost a game yet, Saitou tells his colleagues about a battle he was in during the last World War. Hiring himself out as a mercenary, he took up his bolt-action sniper rifle in Mexico, where a United Nations force enters into his kill zone.
