Episode Summary

Motoko and Batou are handpicked to travel to Berlin, Germany, to aid in the capture of a terrorist who bombs world summits. Surviving the harsh cold of northern Europe becomes rough even for a fully prostheticised individual, but Batou's blood soon warms when he notices a wheelchair-bound girl who seems to sense his presence.
