(location filming for series one was mainly done in the village of Nant-Y-Moel, near Bridgend in South Wales - series two was filmed in and around the Carmarthen area).

When a clown is found murdered during a karaoke night at the local British Legion, Percy is seen standing over the body and becomes the prime suspect. He then decides to go on the run and is pursued by a deranged and confused FBI agent and his wheelchair-bound assistant.
