Fun At The Funeral Parlour: The Jaws of Doom

A rampaging wolf is on a killing spree and a rival firm of undertakers is somehow getting all the funeral work before the Thomas boys can get there. The locals hire a wolf-hunter to stop the wolf, and Percy and Arwell decide to help out - by using Gwynne as bait.

Episode Notes
The episode title 'Jaws of Doom' is a reference to the 1975 Spielberg film 'Jaws'. The episode also includes other 'Jaws' references:
Quint the shark hunter becomes Quimby the wolf hunter , and Mayor Larry Vaughn becomes Mayor Larry Nazareth

Cultural References
The pre-title sequence where Father Titmus is killed, is a direct homage to the scene from the original 1976 film 'The Omen', where Patrick Troughton (as Father Brennan) is skewered by a flagpole (but this time killed by a wolf).
