Then, as a response to his film The Big One, Manpower temp agency sent out a 'Michael Moore Alert' memo with explicit instructions on what to do if and when Moore shows up at a Manpower office. So he travels to various Manpower offices and grades them on how closely they comply with headquarter's memo.
