Games World was a British computer games-based television programme, with 'the main body of the show taking' place on Mondays and Wednesdays with an elimination contest between several youngsters over different video games. Winners competed on Friday's edition. The Tuesday edition featured a soap-opera styled segment of news, tips, and reviews, while Thursday's outing was "Games World Live." It permitted contestants at home to challenge contestants in the studio for prizes.
