This animated comedy series focuses on Russian immigrant Vladislav and his Hungarian roommate Joska who reside at the Vista Del Mar Apartments in Hollywood, CA. Vlad and Joska set out each day to make a life for themselves in America. Vlad, the eternal optimist, believes that to realize the 'American Dream' one must simply work hard. With enough time and patience he will carve out a good life for himself and his teenage daughter. Joska also believes in the 'American dream'. But the part that says if you can just come up with a new original idea, you can skip the hard work and patience part and zoom right to the top. Actors Hank Azaria and Eric McCormack voice the characters of Vlad and Joska.
