TV Offal was a short-lived UK produced comedy series developed by Victor Lewis-Smith which covered rare, obscure, and sometimes offensive excerpts of various television shows, commercials, and projects from numerous archives, as well as poking fun at them and on occasion, a few celebrities

The show was best known for introducing the immortal "Rainbow Uncensored" clip for the first time on national television, the involvment of Professor Stephen Hawking in the openings of the series, and for it's series of comedy sketches featuring two Daleks (the nefarious metallic monstrosities from the classic series Doctor Who) as a pair of extremist homosexuals

There were several segments throughout the show, which consisted of the following

- Obituary Of The Week:: A humorous look at the death of either a current or generally obscure celebrity personality's "demise" followed by a satirical account of his/her contributions to the viewing public (which usually derails them) before revealing the exaggerated cause of death. The deaths are usually announced using a piece of dubbed dialog
