Slattery's People: Question: Which One Has the Privilege?

Whether a newspaperman has the right to protect the source of a damaging news story involving a member of the Legislature is at issue in "Question: Which One Has the Privilege?" Edward Binns is the guest star.
Correspondent Frank Radcliff, played by Edward Asner, is the central figure in a controversy
involving the limits of press freedom, Radcliff writes a story indicating that someone has taken a bribe in the office of Rep. Paul Carlson, played by Binns. Lacking solid evidence, Radcliff refuses to reveal that his information came from lobbyist Greg Wilson, played by DeForest Kelley.
Richard Crenna, starring as State Representative Slattery, refuses to uphold Radcliff's stand and has to see his friend
cited for contempt before the House.
Phyllis Coates is seen as Helen Mayfield, Representative Carlson's administrative assistant.
