A group of kids from out of town challenges the boys to a dance contest. Stan is the only one who will accept the challenge, and he sets out to find four more dancers to help him win back his honor. He wants Butters to join his dance group, but Butters has been hiding a dark secret about his dancing days.

Chef: All right all right, quiet, children! Now, nobody's getting served if I can help it. We just gotta buckle down, dig deep, and pray that maybe the other team comes down with cancer.
Butters: (Singing and dancing) Loo loo loo, I've got some apples. Loo loo loo, you've got some too.

The episode's title is similar to that of You Got Served (2004), a movie about dancers.
