Episode Quotes
Cody: You know I used to be a vegetarian? It was pretty cool until I found out you couldn't eat meat. I shined it right on!

Cody: But as Alfred Lord Tennyson once said, it is better to have loved and lost than to never have had the love jones at all.

Frank: Floyd screwed up at work again today. He put a chimney on a house that doesn't even have a fire place.

Dana: (to Carol) Mom relax, I'm still pure and Karen hasn't done it more than 15 or times.
Karen: (shocked expression) Mom that is not true. ask any guy at school, I'm just a tease.

Cody: (talking to Kimmy Peterson) You know i was up half the night trying to figure things out. I even got up early this morning and went to the rock quarry. I just walked around...thinking. And after four hours I came to two major conclusions. Number one, if you're gonna be walking around a rock quarry, wear shoes. And number two, I think a dude and baby should hang out together, and get to know each other, and falling in love and get married even. Before know, constipate the relationship.

Kimmy Peterson: I've never met anyone like you Cody.
Cody: You know it's weird, I hear that all the time!

Cultural References
Alfred Lord Tennyson Cody references the famous Poet when trying to console JT over being turned down by one of the Peterson sisters. Quoting roughly from a famous saying by Tennyson that said, "It is better to have loved and lost than to never have loved at all."

Nancy Reagan: JT remarks that the Peterson sisters motto is "just say yes", prompting Cody to reference former First lady and anti-drug advocate Nancy Raegan's famous 80's era catch phrase, "Just Say No".

Arnold Schwarzenegger: Cody references the mega star in the scene at the cafe after he and JT had been to the movies with the Peterson sisters.

Jay Leno: Cody comments that his mother's side of the family has always had the Jay Leno thing going on. Meaning they have a rather long face and prominent chin. Jay Leno is the long time host of the NBC late night series, The Tonight Show.
