Jesse Mach is the best motorcycle cop on the police force, and he ends up a cripple after an accident. The federal government pays to have his leg rebuilt in a very expensive operation, and he becomes an undercover agent (Street Hawk) for them in a very clandestine operation. Street Hawk rides a high-tech, space-age motorcycle that goes 400 miles an hour. He gets back on the force, but as a plainclothes — a sort of troubleshooter for the chief. Actually, most of the time he has Jesse trying to track down Street Hawk. Jesse (Rex Smith) tries to snuff out a cocaine-smuggling ring.
