1 :01x01 - Pilot

Jesse Mach is the best motorcycle cop on the police force, and he ends up a cripple after an accident. The federal government pays to have his leg rebuilt in a very expensive operation, and he becomes an undercover agent (Street Hawk) for them in a very clandestine operation. Street Hawk rides a high-tech, space-age motorcycle that goes 400 miles an hour. He gets back on the force, but as a plainclothes — a sort of troubleshooter for the chief. Actually, most of the time he has Jesse trying to track down Street Hawk. Jesse (Rex Smith) tries to snuff out a cocaine-smuggling ring.

3 :01x03 - The Adjustor

Jesse is out to nab a New York cop who intends to kill a robbery suspect he's supposed to be escorting. A detective from New York, Vincent Cannon, arrives to take back with him a robbery suspect to stand trial. Jesse feels very suspicious of the man, and his fears are realised when investigations reveal that Cannon is in fact a fraud, who plans to force the suspect to reveal the location of the loot before killing him. But there is no way Altobelli can be told about this without unmasking his Street Hawk identity.

12 :01x12 - Female of the Species

Altobelli comes to Jesse's aid when a federal agent tries to justify his own failure to halt an assassination attempt.

Jesse suspects a police officer escorting a robbery suspect from L.A. to N.Y. has murder on his mind.

When a foreign dignitary, Prince Stefan, arrives on an official visit, Jesse Mach and the Street Hawk crew are assigned to provide added protection though the prince is already guarded by a security apparatus managed by a man named Frank Menlo.
This proves to be a good move as an attempt to kill Prince Stefan is made the moment he arrives at the airport. However, the attempt is foiled. The assassin is dressed as a nurse, and police believe him to be an international assassin.
