When Gabriel asks Ally on a date, she finds herself caught in the middle of him and Joe. Nat goes out with her former boyfriend, the charming Chub. As Christine starts her political career, she struggles to regain the confidence of Max, who still needs time to think. Meanwhile, Romeo begins a dangerous campaign against a student from a rival school, but gets into trouble with the law instead.
Ally: Do you think you could get Romeo to do as much work as you do?
Max: (laughs) No!
Michael Chubievsky: You're pretty funny in your show.
Nat: You sound surprised. I was always funny.
Michael Chubievsky: Well...
Nat: I was funny.
Gigi: Boys are freaks.
Max: Were you f***ing that guy?
Christine: Don't use language like that, Max.
Gabriel: Sell any more muffins?
Ally: No. Christine pointed out how ridiculous that idea was.
Gabriel: It's not ridiculous!
Ally: Well, I can't make any money out of it.
Romeo: Why are you putting so much make-up on?
Ally: I'm not!
Ally: You are so stupid!
Nat: I'm stupid? You married Vince! And now you've slept with his brother.
Joe: Gig, can you help set the table?
Christine: Max can do that. (Max gives her a look) I'm sorry, I'm a bit bossy. (he half-smiles)
Max: Is that why you want dad's job?
Max: To be with that guy?
