The Irresponsible Captain Tylor



Justy Taylor has just enlisted in the army, but he is not a charismatic guy at all, he is a boring guy, he has no leadership abilities, no skill and no initiative at all, the only thing that Justy has, is dumb luck. One day he accidentally rescues a generals daughters, while the general is grateful, he realizes what kind of a man Justy is, so he promotes him to a full captain, he even gets his own ship, but what he does not know is that the ship is full of the Space Force's worst men. How will this man be able to keep command in a place like this?

1x9: When You Wish Upon a Flower recap: Harumi records brief intel for the Raalgons. The intel is so short though that the Raalgons don’t know what to believe. Meanwhile, Admiral Mifune holds a meeting with all the officers of the UPSF and has them decide to downgrade the Soyokaze. The attempt itself is a way to lash back out at Tylor for his success. When the Soyokaze crew learn of this they aren’t happy. Lt. Yamanato and Yuriko calm them down by revealing that there is a way to counter the orders. They tell them there is a special order called Article 38 that can rescind the orders of a superior officer. Yuriko and Tylor go on a trip to visit the UPSF. Along the way, Tylor stops to say hello to Admiral Hanner from the previous episode. However, Tylor ends up spending too much time with Hanner and misses the deadline for rescinding the order. Tylor, Yuriko and Harumi go back to the ship with the bad news. The crew is mad but Tylor himself is unaffected by what happened... read more.

1x8: Life is Short, So Girls Should Kill recap: Captain Don of the Raalgon ship angry over Tylor’s embarrassment of him tells Harumi, their spy, to kill Tylor. Tylor gets an order from UPSF to do recon on the Kowloon Nebula. Harumi sneaks up on the bridges and sees Tylor’s sit filled. She takes out a small rope to choke Tylor but when she comes close we see that’s it’s Yamanato in Tylor’s chair. recap: A new nurse, Harumi, transfers to Soyokaze destroyer. The Soyokaze pilot ships meanwhile get much needed repairs. Admiral Mifune receives the news that Tylor destroyed the Raalgon ships by himself. Mifune and the brass despite not liking Tylor discuss ways of rewarding his leadership. The nurse, Harumi, conducts health tests on the crew who are entirely mesmerized by Harumi’s beauty. However, Harumi herself is really a spy sent undercover by the Raalgon empire. At one point she tries and shares a bath with Captain Tylor. When she does this her mirror, which is actually a com badge for Raalgon falls. recap: LT. Yamanato prepares his crew of Soyokaze for its new captain. Tylor is seen coming to the ship with former Admiral Hanner’s daughters. When Tylor arrives on the ship, Yamanato starts talking down to him unaware that Tylor is the new captain. Tylor
Takes out a letter from his coat and show Yamanato the recommendation the military has given to Tylor to become the new captain of the Soyokaze. Tylor explains how after he saved Emi and Yumi (Hanner’s daughters) and Commander Yuriko from the hostage situation, he was promoted. Tylor’s first order of business is to launch the Soyokaze out of the area without any permission from headquarters.
