Episode Notes
This episode serves as a pilot to the new hour-long series, Desilu Playhouse.

This would be the first Lucy show to not be written by Madelyn Pugh-Martin and Bob Caroll, Jr, who quit writing but continued on as script supervisors.

This is one of the few shows were non-Desilu employees contributed things. Everett Freeman created the story and helped write the episode, Claudio Guzman helped with the art and Sandy Grace helped with the set decoration.

This episode was sponsored by the Westinghouse Electric Company.
