The Music Scene



“The Music Scene” also sometimes called “Music Scene” was a contemporary popular music variety series. This weekly ABC TV series aired from 22 September 1969 to 12 January 1970 on Monday nights from 7:30 to 8:15PM. From September through November they had a rotating host of Chris Bokeno, Christopher Ross, David Steinberg, Larry Hankin, Lily Tomlin and Paul Reid Roman. In November the hosts rotated between Steinberg and celebrity guest hosts.
