Kim has a new boyfriend named Garland. He happens to be a comedian. It all starts with Nikki, Kim, and Garland walking into the house holding groceries. Garland starts making jokes that are semi-offensive in Nikki’s eyes, although she did find them funny later on. When Nikki and Kim watch his act in the Nubian Entertainment Television’s Laff-Off, Nikki gets a little offended by his jokes: fat jokes. After the act, Garland comes by the house to see Kim. Nikki catches him there and asks him to stop making the fat jokes. Garland refuses to change his act. Afterwards, Garland comes over to apologize to Kim after making jokes about her as well. They watch the comedy styling of Nikki, who won the Laff-Off...
