Sandy Beatty, a divorced mother moves from Buffalo to New York City and takes a job at Throb Records, a small label specializing in punk rock. She lives with her 12-year-old son Jeremy. The sitcom shows the crazy situations happening at the world of music business. Several renown performers were featured during the run of the series.
