Episode Quotes
Adams: You want Hawks to go with you?
Flint: No, it's better that I go alone. I can run faster that way.

Flint: You plannin' on shootin' me?
Lockridge: Don't know yet.

Dora: (about Flint) Where'd he come from?
Lockridge: Scoutin' from the wagon train.
Dora: I reckon that's one way of makin' a livin'.

Dora: Can't you take it slower? I'm in no hurry.
Flint: This isn't a pleasure ride, lady.

Flint: Do you always bathe in public?
Dora: I don't remember asking you to come here.

Flint: Do I have to dress you?
Dora: Why not? I always did have trouble getting buttoned up the back.

Borden: What about that scout McCullough? What did he promise you?
Dora: That I was goin' to jail.

Borden: Untie him and shoot to kill if he makes a wrong move.
Flint: I may not make one.
Borden: You will.

Episode Goofs
After the lieutenant passes out, Dora refers to him as Mike but his real first name is Miles.

Interesting episode to watch because the viewer gets to see two future TV heroes (Dan Blocker, Mike Connors) playing heavies. Linda Darnell is as luscious here as she ever was in the movies when she was nicknamed "The Girl with the Perfect Face." If there is one flaw here it's that John Carradine all but disappears after the first twenty minutes or so.
