Episode Quotes
Knocker: Have you seen Jurassic Park, Frank?
Frank: Loved Sam Neill.
Knocker: You're the goat with the t-rex circling 'round it.
Frank: You really know how to reassure a guy, Harrison.
Knocker: The goat gets eaten, Frank.

(Internal Affairs have cleared out Frank's desk)
Frank: Where's all my stuff?
Rachel: They took it.
Frank: Mongrels! (pauses) Look, how about I buy you a beer? That's if you don't mind being seen with someone who looks like they've spent a year in interrogation.
Rachel: That's the way you always look!
Frank: Is it?
Rachel: Yeah!

Frank: (to Knocker) I'm a cop. I like being a cop.

Clarke: Go home. Do some fishing!
Frank: I hate fishing!

Knocker: Next thing you'll be telling me it really was Billy Pope.
Frank: It wasn't Pope.
Knocker: No, but there was the transsexual. Goldie told me about him... her.

Cultural References
Knocker: Have you seen Jurassic Park, Frank?

Jurassic Park is a 1993 film about dinosaurs; starring Sam Neill, Jeff Goldblum and Laura Dern.

Rachel and Frank have a conversation at the end of the episode which just about shapes their partnership for the rest of the series. After Frank goes off on his own and is subsequently investigated by Internal Affairs, Rachel tells him that if she's going to be his partner, it has to be all the time, not just when it suits him. Frank finally gets what she is saying and offers to buy her a drink. From this moment on, there wasn't too many times that Frank did something without telling Rachel.
