Frank and Rachel do everything they possibly can to clear Helen of any wrongdoing. Their investigation takes a turn when Terry Madigan's name is mentioned, much to the delight of Frank, who has been wanting to get Madigan in jail for years.
Jack gets help from the divers when an informant of his tells him that there is a body of a known drug courier weighted down at the bottom of the harbour.
Rachel: Hey Jack, social visit?
Jack: Well it's not an anti-social visit! Nah, I've got a shit of a job on. I've come to borrow your divers.
Rachel: Right. Nothing I can do for you then?
Jack: Yeah, but that's another story.
Frank: Fair dinkum Barry, don't ever change! We need people like you to make traffic cops look good!
Jack: This is Detective Goldstein, from the Water Police.
Formica: (looking Rachel up and down) Wouldn't have picked it. Too pretty for a cop.
Barry: (about Helen) A woman, (uses hands to demonstrate) so high, slight build, walks away relatively unscathed after a supposed attack on her life. Make sense?
Frank: It does to me, but then again, I'm not an ignorant arsehole.
Gavin: Where are we heading?
Jack: Paradise, if I play my cards right.
Gavin: Did you hear that Tommy? We're going to Paradise!
Tommy: Paradise. Yeah right.
Frank: (on the phone to Louise) What Jack?... He's been hanging around here a lot lately... Oh you know, the same. Total arsehole, completely up himself.
(a bit later)
Rachel: You can't help yourself can you?
Rachel: You know the really sad thing about you and Jack is that what you hate in each other is what you see in yourselves.
Frank: Well, I dunno about Jack but I don't have a problem with me!
Rachel: Gosh, you are persistent.
Jack: Well... the squeaky wheel gets the oil.
Rachel: The oil?
Jack: Yeah. The good oil, you know.
Rachel: Well, I suppose I'll just have to give in.
Jack: Of course I would've preferred to have Detective Goldstein...
Jeff: No doubt.
Jack: But Tommy and Gavin will do.
