Wet & Waan

Wet & Waan

In this series the two worlds of Justice and Psychiatry come together as the two main characters, Herman de Vlieger, public prosecuter, and Wessel van Ede, a young psychiatrist, start living together after having had a relationship with all it's ups and downs. They both have to get used to this situation, also because Herman has two daughters from a former marriage: Suzanna, prosecuter in training at the same district as Herman, and Julia, who's about to finish her studies at the Academy of Arts. There are some important similarities between Herman's and Wessel's jobs. Both have to do with people in their work, who are more or less on the other side of society. They both have a different way of dealing with these people, which not only leads to some exciting confrontations between the two men in their professional life, but also has an effect on their private lives.
