"Karaoke Battle USA" is a reality-competition show where the singers are FINALLY not going to called Karaoke! This is the chance for the average Joe or Jane will have more fame than just a bar and a bunch of drunk people. With Host Joey Fatone (N SYNC), the show is going to go from city to city to discover the talent that has been only performing in bars and clubs. It is the ultimate sing-off that centers on being Karaoke and talented at the same time. Created to be able to give the average Karaoke singer a chance at stardom, this show has it all in terms of talent and horrible singing. Move over American Idol, it is time for "Karaoke Battle USA"!

In the first-season finale, one male and one female winner are chosen at the finals at the House of Blues Los Angeles. Prizes include a recording contract and a chance to compete on the international level.

  If you like Karaoke then you will love this show!Rating: 0 likes, 1 dislikesI could write a book on the subject of Karaoke, as anyone that knows me knows that I love it and all it encompasses. Hoping as this new show works out it's embryonic stage and we see the judging get more about the sings that we will have realized how incredible the performers are. So many of us (I'm a Eastern Region Finalist) never saw a TV camera until Saturday morning on 4th of July weekend in the big amazing city of Manhattan, much less sang within an average of 2 minutes having all of our lifetime moments, our highs, our lows...all come down to that one song. Seeing the West for the 1st time and knowing what the East did I'll say the judging is more calm and therefore the show will actually improve from a production standpoint certainly. As for the performers...total entertainment! Real people with a real agenda - to get a shot at singing and being HEARD! Yay Karaoke! Yay to ABC for making this possible. PLEASE WATCH THIS SHOW and if you like to sing Karaoke - audition! This should be a show the entire family is going to enjoy all Summer long! Authentic judging and a wonderful group of aspiring singers..HECK I wouldn't mind coming back as a coach in some form for future shows!!! This is definately a show to watch!!
