After airing as Discovery Travel and Living and then Discovery Home and Leisure. Planet Green was created in June 2008, It was the first 24 hour eco friendly channel designed to help educate the viewers on improving their home and surrounding area, which will clean up the earth and the air which we breathe. The channel was then rebranded again to it's current brand in 2012.
