Lori Petty Returning to 'Orange is the New Black'
Lori Petty is reportedly returning to 'Orange is the new Black' for Season 3. Petty will be reprising her role as Lolly, a quirky fellow convict who sat next to Piper on a plane in Thirsty Bird (Season 2, Episode 1). Additional details have not been released yet.
