Sam Champion is to return to Good Morning America for one week
Sam Champion, who left ABC for the Weather Channel back in 2013, is set to fill in for Ginger Zee for one week on ABC's Good Morning America.
He left Good Morning America to present his own morning show at the Atlanta-based Weather Channel but has since seen his show axed following re-organizion of the Weather Channel's programming schedule. Most recently he has been anchoring breaking weather news at the network, while also getting ready a primetime interview show.
He can be seen on Good Morning America from January 11th.
