Elizabeth Mitchell and Elizabeth Lail to star on Freeform drama Dead of Summer

Elizabeth Mitchell and Elizabeth Lail are to star on new Freeform drama series Dead of Summer.

The show, created by Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, is set during the late 1980s and follows the counselors working at a peaceful Midwestern summer camp called Camp Clearwater. The camps dark and ancient mythology awakens though and fun times soon become horrific ones.

Elizabeth Mitchell will play Deb a former camper and the new owner of Camp Clearwater whilst Elizabeth Lail will play Amy who is a nervous counselor who has just started working at Camp Clearwater.
