Elisabeth Shue cast on Fox Baseball drama Pitch

Elisabeth Shue has been cast on new Fox Baseball drama Pitch.

The show is the idea of Dan Fogelman and follows Ginny, a young female pitcher who manages to defy the odds as she becomes the first woman to play in the major leagues. Kylie Bunbury will play Ginny on the show.

Elisabeth Shue will play Amelia Slater on the show, who is Ginny's personal guru and protector.
