The Awful Truth

This is all about renowned liberal Michael Moore crusading against hypocrisy among politicians and injustice for the common man at the hands of officials and corporations. The entire series is similar to his previous work as a documentary film maker, particularly Roger and Me and The Big One, which have distinctly more of a corporate angle.

The first episode declares the foundation of 'The People's Democratic Republic of Television', or 'PDRTV', which remains outside the control of the five men who control all media in the world. What is the PDRTV? As Moore says in the first episode, "We all believe in a free press, but just don't own any of the presses."
