Harry Shearer is set return to The Simpsons after all

Harry Shearer, the voice of Mr Burns on The Simpsons, will be back for the next series after all.

He had left the show two months ago but has agreed to return to voice Mr Burns, as well as Ned Flanders, Smithers, Seymour Skinner, Lenny, Dr Hibbert, Reverend Lovejoy and Otto.

At the beginning of May he tweeted indicating that he had decided to leave the popular cartoon series. The fall out seemed to have been about whether he was able to pursue other projects whilst not working on the show.
