Set against the beautiful backdrop of the Caribbean islands, 12 young, professional women will begin their search for the one thing missing from their lives – love. Hosted by Terrence “J” Jenkins and produced by Emmy Award winner Mark Burnett (“Survivor” “The Voice”), the ladies will get first choice as they opt “yes” or “no” on each single man who arrives at their bungalows on the island of Anguilla. The reality series will also feature the one thing that all modern romances have in common – texting in the all-new “Chemistry 101” Series Premiere.

The second man to show up has to decide which of the ladies he wants to keep seeing. The first couple test their chemistry in the couples' villas.

A text message could be about to come between one of the couples and a helicopter arrives with a single man on board.

The next helicopter shows up with a couple of guys on board and tensions increase for a couple that realize their political views are extremely different.

Things ends up taking an unexpected twist for the ladies after a rejection takes place at the bungalows.
