Is the deep voiced wife of the Monarch. Out all of the Monarch's [former] employees, she is by far the most competent.

The Monarch is Team Venture's archenemy (well, he seems to thinks so.) Originally, The Monarch wanted Jonas Venture, Dr. Venture's father, to be his nemesis, but due to his death he has focused his hatred on Dr. Venture. His base is a giant, floating cocoon. The Monarch dated his sidekick Dr. Girlfriend until they broke up at the end of season 1. The Monarch also has very incompetent henchmen, who play a big part in his failing.
