The Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) is an American mixed martial arts (MMA) promotion company that hosts most of the top-ranked fighters in the world and produces numerous events worldwide. The UFC has five weight-divisions (growing to seven in 2011) and enforces the Unified Rules of Mixed Martial Arts.
