Justin Long cast in ABC soccer comedy pilot

Justin Long has been cast in a soccer comedy pilot called Dream Team to be shown on ABC.

He will play Marty, who is described as an optimistic manager of a sporting goods store who is also the head coach of a nationally ranked soccer program. As he recruites girls to play for the team, he is hoping to re-create an amazing run to the national championships that he achieved two years earlier.

Michael Mosley, Lindsey Kraft and Michelle Buteauwill also star on the pilot episode.
