Channel 5 launches brand new panel show, It’s Not Me, It’s You

Channel 5 has announced a brand new entertainment series It’s Not Me, It’s You, a 8 x 60” panel show hosted by the hugely popular Eamonn Holmes and produced by 5Production.

Each week two teams of celebrities and comedians go head-to-head over a series of fun and cheeky games and challenges – to be revealed nearer to transmission - with a host of surprises in store for viewers.

The show was commissioned by Steve Regan, Commissioning Editor, Entertainment for Channel 5 and executive produced by Darren Smith and Beren Money at 5Production. The Series Producer is Matt Nida. The series features two teams of three panellists, including regular team captains, with well-known guests sourced from the twin worlds of comedy and entertainment.

Eamonn Holmes will be hosting his first ever panel show, delivering his uniquely witty take and navigating the teams through an hour of entertainment.

Eamonn said:"If you are in a relationship, single, or just nosey about who's dating who, this show is for you. Whether you are young or old you'll have something to contribute or learn from our celebrity panellists and games. And if you still can't get your head around it then It's not me - It's You!"

Steve Regan commented:  “This spirited series breathes new life into the panel show format, driven by the wit and warmth of host Eamonn Holmes. The commission underlines our commitment to develop brand new entertainment shows following the success of Lip Sync Battle UK earlier this year.”

The team captains for It’s Not Me, It’s You will be confirmed in the coming weeks and the series will air over the summer on Channel 5.
