Sky Atlantic confirms return date for 'Girls' Season 2

Sky Atlantic has today confirmed that season two of HBO show 'Girls' will air the day after the original transmission in the UK when it returns in January 2013.

Currently airing the first series of the show which aired originally in America between April and June this year. The second series will commence in America on January 13th 2013, whilst Sky Atlantic will show it the very next day on January 14th, forming a new block of programming on the channel. 'Comedy Mondays' will see 'Girls' air alongside new series 'Comedy Republic' and a rerun of 'Hunderby'.
