"Most Extreme Elimination Challenge" a.k.a. "MXC" is a physical challenge type reality show. It pits two teams against each other in a battle to see who is best of the two profession. Contestants are put through physically and mentally challenging courses. The courses that the contestants are put through are almost like life sized video games. The show is based off of a Japanese show called "Takeshi's Castle" but is dubbed in English with a comical nature for each episode, which is almost always riddled with explicit puns.
