Supergirl is a fictional character, a superhero featured in comic books published by DC Comics. Ali Adler and Greg Berlanti are producing a live action version of Kara Zor-El who is the cousin of Kal-El better known as Superman.

Supergirl manages to break Myriad's spell, but Non and Indigo initiate their backup plan: to wipe out every human on Earth. To stop them, Supergirl must make the supreme sacrifice.

1x20: Better Angels recap: Supergirl and the mind-controlled Alex leap at each other, and Alex cuts Supergirl with her kryptonite sword. Supergirl recovers and flies at her foster sister, avoiding her sword thrust, and tries to get through to Alex as she tries to hold her off. Alex says that Supergirl left her no choice and slashes at Supergirl, preparing to deliver a fatal blow. Supergirl rolls away and the blade embeds itself in the concrete. The heroine then tries to pin her foster sister with a metal girder, but Alex knocks her back. As she prepares to strike, Eliza steps out and says that it isn't Alex. Non is controlling Alex and realizes that Hank is protecting Eliza's mind, and turns back to kill Supergirl. Eliza insists that Alex can beat it and isn't going to hurt her family. Alex hesitates, and Eliza says that Jeremiah is watching over her and believed in her. She tells Alex that she believes in her, too, and nothing tells her daughter to come back to them. 1x19: Myriad recap: At the DEO, Lucy and her agents inform Non that the HQ is secure. Non tells them to release all prisoners except for Hank, and Vasquez does so. Lucy then goes to the cell holding one prisoner, Maxima, who says that she is Queen of the planet Almerac. Unimpressed, Lucy releases Maxima and the alien immediately knocks out the guards and grabs Lucy. Lucy tells her that Myriad has begun and Non calls Maxima to his legions. Once they swear their fidelity to Non, the prisoners will be the kings and queens of Earth... read more.

1x18: Worlds Finest recap: At the DEO, Dr. Amelia Hamilton examines Siobhan after Winn brings her in when she uses sonic powers to break a four-story fall. Supergirl suggests that Siobhan should be National City's new story, and tells Winn that her efforts to redeem herself haven't worked. Amelia comes out and tells Supergirl and Winn that Siobhan emitted a sound wave blast broke her fall and pulverized the cement. DNA analysis confirms that Siobhan is human, and she has no idea why the woman has her powers. Siobhan comes out and complains that they couldn't identify what's wrong with her. Winn goes after her and Siobhan wonders how he knows Supergirl. She admits that she's scared, and Winn assures her that they'll figure it out together. Siobhan suddenly winces in pain as she hears a ringing sound and gets a flash of a banshee-like figure howling. She tells that she needs to go and walks out... read more.
