Season 2 picks up eight months after last year’s finale with the stage set for an explosive turn of events at the Binghamton facility (the Guantanamo of the Alpha world) that could have devastating, far-reaching consequences. Dr. Lee Rosen, having exposed the existence of Alphas to the unsuspecting public, finds himself discredited and imprisoned by a government desperate to cover up his revelation. The rest of the core team has disbanded and some, without Rosen’s guidance and care, have regressed to their old, destructive ways. They must now battle their individual demons in order to reunite and try to save their own.

1x11: Original Sin recap: Rachel, Cameron, and Nina trail Isaac Hale, the Alpha who murdered the MK scientists, as he works with another Alpha to track someone through the streets of New York City. They figure the Alpha finds the target and Isaac kills them. The other Red Flag agents have gone to ground and Isaac is their only lead. The tracker finally spots a couple, Danielle and Will, as they go to a pawnshop to get her money for her fix. The tracker leaves and Isaac closes in on the couple and demands that Danielle turn over something. He uses his necrosis, killing the nearby flowers, and Danielle and Will run away. Isaac follows them and corners them in an alleyway... read more.

1x10: The Unusual Suspects recap: A younger man meets an older one on an isolated dock, and the older man realizes that the newcomer isn’t with the Committee. He realizes that the newcomer is one of “them” and admits that some mistakes never go away. The younger man touches the older one, killing him with a fast-spreading form of necrosis, and says that some do... read more.

1x9: Blind Spot recap: Rosen tells Bill that they Cameron and Nina have captured a possible Red Flag suspect. They go to a concealed containment chamber that the DoD that has installed to contain captive Alphas. They talk about the fact that Bill still hasn’t regained his abilities, and Rosen worries that Bill may be dismissed by the team since he no longer has his abilities. Gary comes in and complains that the containment chamber wasn’t built to his specifications, and wonders why Bill is there... read more.

1x8: A Short Time In Paradise recap: In Tennessee in 1980, people gather in a church and sing. A young boy, Jonas Englin, tries to pull over a can of gasoline. His father, the preacher, goes back and helps the boy, assuring him that they’ll be in love together. The preacher ignites the gas and turns to Jonas, who has retreated out the door. The preacher calls to him to stay as the church members scream in agony... read more.

1x7: Catch and Release recap: In Bushwick, New Jersey, a team of agents approach a warehouse where Skylar Adams has set up her workshop. She spots them using small flying insect drones, grabs some parts, and keys in a number on a pad. When the agents break in, they find the key pad and see Skylar across the street on a roof.
