1x1: Pilot recap: Ezekiel Stone wakes up on a subway train in New York City. Going up top, he takes in the sights like a tourist, then goes to a church and enters the confessional booth. Stone starts to talk to the priest, saying that he killed a man. Fifteen years ago he was a cop whose wife was raped, and Stone tracked down the rapist and killed him, making it look like a drug overdose. Stone explains that two months later a thief gunned him down, and he went to Hell for the sin of murder. However, six weeks ago 113 inmates escaped from Hell, and the Devil has sent Stone to track them down... read more.
