After the 19 remaining competitors for Emily's heart move into a Charlotte mansion, one of them gets the first one-on-one date: a concert by the country band Gloriana. Thirteen others perform with "Sesame Street" Muppets and Emily to raise funds for a local hospital. There's also an altercation between two of the guys that almost comes to blows, and a one-on-one date at a resort Emily remembers from her childhood. After the rose ceremony, 16 contestants are left.

7x2: Week 2 (Season 7) recap: For this week, there is the first one-on-one date. She takes William to Las Vegas. She wanted to test him and see how ready he is to actually commit. They wander about checking out wedding cakes and rings. They even went to a wedding chapel! He admitted to being a bit nervous, as they really did go pretty far. 7x1: Week 1 (Season 7) recap: With the premiere of the show, we meet Ashley. She was on the Bachelor before. Now it is her turn! We get to know her a bit. She enjoys walking on beaches, dancing, and seems to work in the dental industry. She meets up with Chris Harrison and she goes over the various reasons why she did not succeed with the bachelor. She says that she made herself look like a fool, when she was trying so hard to not look that way. There's an interruption in her positive outlook. 6x11: The Final Rose recap: The final episode of this season brought a lot of tears to everyone's faces. It was time that the guys got to meet Ali's parents and Roberto was the first one to do so. Instead of going to Tahiti, Frank ended up staying in Chicago longer and there is something that he and Ali are going to have to talk about. Chris says that he is definitely falling in love with Ali. He says that he hasn't been ready for love in a couple of years and now is the time. Roberto feels like after Ali meeting his family she would fit in perfectly. They flash back to the time that they meant all the way to this point. He feels like they are working towards something that is really good. He also says that he has never felt that way about someone so quickly. He is still a little nervous that he isn't going to be the last guy. 6x8: Week 8 (Season 6) recap: It is time for the home town dates in Bachelorette land. Ali is excited to meet the families of the guys and she first goes to Roberto's hometown which is in Florida. He is really excited to introduce her to his family. He is bringing her around his hometown to check things out. He first brings her to a baseball field because he used to play professionally and at college. He gives her own jersey with his number on it and put her name over the number. She thinks that he looks absolutely hot in his baseball uniform. They had fun playing baseball with one another. He is impressed that she is so active and she had a lot of fun doing that, too. She doesn't think that it can get better but he decides to give her a baseball card from when he was on a team from her hometown. She asks if he is nervous, but he isn't. She is nervous, though.
