'Commonwealth City' follows the lives of the people of Dalmarnock, Glasgow as they prepare to host this years Commonwealth Games. The show goes back from five years ago when Scotland found out they'd won the bid to the present day.

Dalmarnock’s regeneration continues with Councillor Yvonne Kuckuk is on a mission to discover the perfect location for a new community centre. Darren continues to work from a temporary unit and he starts to make plans for his future business. Margaret Jaconelli, who was evicted from her flat, takes her case to the European Court of Human Rights.
