Famous, Rich And Hungry follows celebrities Cheryl Fergison, Rachel Johnson, Jamie Laing and Theo Paphitis as they put their lives on hold to find out what life is really like for people in Britain who often can’t afford to eat.

Jamie Laing is living in a Sheffield tower block with a struggling single father who introduces him to the world of soup kitchens. Rachel Johnson moves in with some ex-offenders finding it hard to get work and afford to feed their children. Theo Paphitis attempts to help his security guard host come up with a solution to his family's money problems. Cheryl Fergison attempts to help her her host who is left with no money for food because her benefits have not been paid yet.
