Kim originally was a fitness competitor and model and she finished 8th overall in the “Miss Galaxy” contest in 2000.
Kim was trained for the squared circle by ‘The American Dream’ Dusty Rhodes (Virgil Riley Runnels Jr. ), she debuted in 2001 in TCW (Turnbuckle Championship Wrestling) owned by Rhodes and was named “Miss Galaxy”.
She has wrestled under the following in-ring names/nicknames of Desire, ‘Every Man's Desire’, Kim Neilson and Miss Galaxy.
In April 2002 she signed a developmental contract with the WWF and immediately begins competing in matches at House shows only against Dawn Marie (Dawn Marie Psaltis) using her real name of Kim Neilson.
On 19 July 2002 she was released from her WWF contract and she returned to TCW and in December she made her 1st appearance in TNA with the name of “Every Man’s Desire” in Vince Russo’s stable called “S.E.X.” as the valet for Sonny Siaki.
She next began feuding with Trinity (Stephanie Finochio) and Kim shortened her wrestling name to “Desire”. “S.E.X.” disbanded early in 2003 & she began a feud with Tracy Brooks (Tracy Brookshaw).
On 11 June 2003 she suffered a severe injury to her L1 lower back area in a dark match against Mercedes and was out of action until 21 April 2004 and quickly rejoined Sonny Siaki.
She left TNA in September 2004 and began appearing in GCW) Georgia Championship Wrestling and then moved on to GLORY Wrestling owned & operated by Vince Russo in February 2005.
On 27 May 2005 she re-appeared in TNA as Desire on that week’s episode of “TNA Impact”.
She has feuded with Athena in TNA, Daffney in TCW, Tracy Brooks in TNA, Trinity in TNA & Dawn Marie in the WWF.
