<-- Previous EpisodeNext Episode -->
Wolfe is in his cell, chained to the floor beneath the Drainer, and writes down more of his notes. Triphammer watches through the cell door and tells the guard that they're keeping Wolfe restrained despite the Drainer because he wants to see what he does. When Triphammer goes in, Wolfe asks if he invented the drainer just for him. He figures that Triphammer is after more than just imprisoning him. Wolfe suggests that Triphammer is afraid of something, and points out that Triphammer has a flask in his pocket.

The Drainer goes out for a moment and Wolfe starts to get to his feet. It kicks back on and he winces in pain, and Triphammer asks what he felt. Wolfe says that he felt hunger. Triphammer leaves and tells the guards that no one goes in without him, and takes a drink.

Cross goes into the station, unaware that a masked Krispin and Calista are watching him.

At his condo, Christian looks for an appropriate suit for the service. He finds his old Diamond costume and looks at it for a moment.

Krispin spray-paints his Chaotic Chick logo on a wall, along with a message about Wolfe killing cops.

Retro Girl puts on a black dress for the service and Eva asks if she's sure that she wants to go. The heroine insists that she has to go as part of the job.

At Powers Division, Kutter helps bring the beer in for the wake.

At her father's home, Deena discovers that Waldo left a dress for her to wear. In his room, Waldo puts on his Vice Division LAPD badge.

Cross puts up a photo of the four dead officers: Chaykin, Golden, Argento, and Mack.

Deena joins Waldo, deliberately wearing something other than the dress he chose for her.

Krispin finishes tagging the station and Calista takes video of him. A Power, Jump Striker, spots them and jumps down onto the street. A car goes out of control and crashes, and Krispin and Calista run off while Jump Striker sees to the driver.

Christian arrives at the station and joins in a toast with the other officers to their fallen comrades. Technicians are installing a Drainer in the holding cell, and Kutter says that there are only two of them and they won't make a difference. He wants to slowly kill Wolfe and show it on national TV. Kutter asks Christian if he'd enjoy seeing it, and Christian says that he would. Waldo and Deena come in, and she suggests that they offer their condolences before they start drinking.

At Here and Gone, one of the Simons gives Johnny the names of the Sway users that he contacted. He points out that he didn't approach Olympia and notes that Calista did, and wonders if she's a problem. Johnny insists that she isn't, and tells Simons to make sure that the police don't take her in again. Another Simons assures his boss that they won't. Meanwhile, Johnny says that he needs to figure out what Sway is doing, and asks the Simons for help. One of them volunteers, and Johnny warns him that it won't be present. He then takes the volunteer's hand and teleports away. The other Simons picks up the discarded Sway packet.

At the service, Cross speaks of the losses that they've taken and warns that they'll take more. However, he tells his people to never give into fear, and then offers a toast to the fallen. The other officers join in.

In h is secret room, Johnny tells Simons that he wanted to use Sway to create a family that no one could hurt. Now he needs to know if the power it grants can be removed. Johnny tells Simons that he'll have to teleport the Sway from his body on a molecular level. Simons braces himself and says that he's ready, and then starts screaming in pain.

At the station, Deena glares at Christian when comes over. He admits that he screwed up in The Shaft, and Deena loudly asks if he means taking Sway. Christian hushes her and takes her into Cross' office, and insists that he had to do something. Deena says that her partner is only alive because of Zora, and warns that Calista is still out on the streets and Johnny is still moving ahead with his plan. When Deena asks if they're on the same page about bringing Johnny in, Christian reminds her that she barely knew any of the dead officers. As a shocked Deena stares at him, Christian tries to change the subject but she walks out, disgusted.

Waldo is telling stories about his days in Vice when Deena comes over. As Christian joins them, Waldo talks about how he and his men took on a Power, Sorcerer Slim. Triphammer comes over, drinking from his flask, as Waldo describes how Olympia took out the entire gang of drug dealers. He shows off his Olympia tattoo and a drunken Triphammer says that Olympia was a pimp. He tells them how Olympia figured the LAPD was only there to clean up his indiscretions. Christian quickly leads him away and Waldo starts with another story.

In Krispin's bedroom, Calista and Krispin watch the video. She jokingly says that he ran from a Power, and they end up kissing on Krispin's bed. Calista receives a text message and tells Krispin that she has to go, saying that she promised Johnny that she would always answer. Krispin is angry that she's with a Power, and Calista goes to the street where Simons is waiting with a car.

At the station, Christian asks Triphammer when the station Drainer will be working. Triphammer admits that only the Drainer in Wolfe's cell is working, but Christian isn't convinced. As he examines the Drainer, Triphammer says that Wolfe's Drainer will work as long as there's no problems with the power. They joke about old times when they were members of Heroes United, and then Christian asks where the powers go. Triphammer claims that he doesn't know how to get Christian's powers back, but Christian isn't convinced.

Retro Girl arrives and hugs Chaykin's widow Patty, offering her condolences. After she talks with the other family members, Retro Girl notices Christian watching and joins him to get a drink.

As Waldo tells more stories, Deena finally pulls him aside and tells him to stop being the center of attention for a few minutes. Her father insists that he's passing on history and the other cops need to hear it, and Kutter and the others call Waldo back over.

Simons gives Calista a pack of Sway and assures her that it's real. She wonders why he's giving it to her when Johnny said Sway was dangerous, and Simons claims that she'll be fine if she is really a Power. As he helps her out, Simons says that Johnny doesn't know and he wants to keep it that way. Calista figures Johnny doesn't want her to take Sway because he's concerned for her, not because he doubts she's a Power. Sympathizing, Simons says that he was Johnny's first test subject, and Johnny let him decide whether to take the risk and be a Power. He figures that Calista should have the same option.

At the station, Retro Girl looks at the Drainer. Christian insists that they need it to keep the Powers in line, but Retro Girl warns that it's only as good or bad as the people using it. He then whispers to Retro Girl that he got his powers back at The Shaft when he touched Wolfe. Retro Girl realizes that Christian recaptured Wolfe, not Zora, and he explains that he lost his powers when Wolfe went under the Drainer. She thanks Christian for being there after Wolfe took her down, and Christian figures there must be a way to get his powers back again.

Zora comes in with Candace, her press agent, and basks in the admiration of the cops. Retro Girl tells Christian that if that's why he wants his powers back then he hasn't changed as much as she hopes. Christian insist that isn't the case, pointing out that if he did want that then he'd tell people what happened. Retro Girl wonders why he doesn't.

A woman asks Zora to help her with a children's charity event, and Candace hastily pulls her client away, warning her not to make any promises. Patty comes over to console Candace on her loss. Zora offers her condolences as well, and Candace quickly tries to usher her out. When Zora stops for an autograph, Candace finds Christian. They hug, and Candace explains that she's only there because Zora is her client and she needs the money to put Krispin through academy and art school. She admits that Krispin isn't talking to her much.

Zora grabs a beer and Candace goes over to make sure she doesn't ruin her public image. She warns that they can't have photos of Zora partying at a police memorial, and advises her to model herself after Retro Girl if she wants to be an A-lister. Irritated at the comparison, Zora says that she's out and walks away.

Krispin web-conferences with Chaotic Chick, who figures that they can use the video of the car crash to show the world that Powers are dangerous. She wonders how filmed it with him, and Krispin claims that it was just a friend.

Calista goes back to the police station and watches the workers clean the tags off. She then takes out the Sway packet.

Deena watches Waldo continue telling stories, and then tells Christian that she wants to talk to him. Christian figures that she wants to chew him out again, but Deena tells him that Waldo stole a half million during a drug bust. They went in with shaky probable cause, and two of the officers got killed. Deena assures Christian that Waldo doesn't know she knows, and she says that partners don't screw over their partners. She's angry that Christian locked her up and took off on his own, and says that they're either working together or not. Waldo falls down, drunk, and Deena runs over to help him up.

A drunken Triphammer is sitting in the holding cell, singing, when Retro Girl and Christian come over. Triphammer talks about how Christian refused to let him make a suit of armor for him after he lost his powers, but Christian said he didn't want to end up like Triphammer. Christian tries to get him up but Triphammer's skeleton is made out of titanium. Chuckling Triphammer says that they have no idea that "Black Swan" is coming. The Drainer can only slow it down, and it may already be there. Realizing that his friend is serious, Christian asks him who Black Swan is.

Triphammer starts singing again and Retro Girl says that she's taking him home. He says that it's just like old times and passes out, and Retro Girl tells a shocked Christian that it was before his time. She admits that she doesn't know what Black Swan is, either, and points out that Triphammer isn't the only one keeping secrets. Christian says that he hasn't told anyone else because he doesn't want to be known as the Power who lost his powers again. Retro Girl tells him to fight for them if that's what he wants and then tells Christian to help her get Triphammer out.

Waldo gets back to his feet and Deena finally has enough. She tells him that she knows about the drug money he took. Waldo asks if she's done, and Deena says that she'll be out of his house by that night.

Krispin is working on sketches of Wolfe with "Chaotic Chick" in his teeth. Calista comes in through the window and suggests that they hang out. Krispin isn't interested as long as she's meeting with Johnny, and Calista snaps at him, saying that the only reason she's free is because of Johnny. He hastily apologizes and Calista smiles at him.

At Here and Gone, one Simons is playing solitaire when another one comes over and kibitzes. The first Simons shoves him away and then says that he never wants to be alone. He absorbs his clone just as Johnny comes in with the volunteer Simons, who is in pain. The first Simons absorbs him and asks why Johnny did it, and Johnny says that he had to. He warns that Sway is changing people, but Simons is furious that Johnny's experiments could have cost him his power.

After sex, Calista goes to the bathroom. Chaotic Chick calls Krispin and tells him to get online. She says that she faked a video claiming that the car drivers died, and the anti-Powers comments are coming in. Calista comes in and hears the entire conversation, and storms out.

Christian finds Cross in the morgue. The captain snaps at him and Christian asks him about Black Swan. When he says that Triphammer mentioned it, Cross says that Triphammer has his own beliefs and he'll have to explain them to Christian. Christian asks about the Drainer, saying all the cops deserve to know, and Cross says that all they can do is prepare their souls.

In the squad room, a drunken Kutter is complaining about how Adlard should have been there when the others went into The Shaft. Adlard goes after him and Christian arrives to help break up the fight. Kutter tells Christian that they should lock up every Power and drain them, and Christian punches him. He tells the detective that if hadn't been for them, Wolfe would have killed everyone.

Cross interrupts them to turn on the news. Wolfe is speaking life from his cell, saying that when he lost his powers, he realized the true horror of everything he's done. He wants to die but there's no death penalty in California, so Wolfe wants the courts to remove his powers permanently.
