Having left the UK because of work, a landlord finds out that his tenants have left him over £20,000 behind with his mortgage whilst the developers of an old swimming pool in Bristol find out that they are liable for the electricity that the building's squatters have been using.
When her tenant claims that the property is full of damp, a landlord receives a shock as she finally gets inside to inspect the damage.
